Western Ford HCM Vehicle Return Information

At Western Ford HCM, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your vehicle purchase. We understand that buying a car is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident in your choice.

1. Vehicle Return Policy

We offer a 7-day/250-mile return policy on all our vehicles. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the vehicle within 7 days of delivery or before you've driven 250 miles, whichever comes first.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • The vehicle must be returned within 7 days of delivery or before 250 miles have been added to the odometer.
  • The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, without any damage or excessive wear.
  • All original paperwork, keys, and accessories must be returned with the vehicle.
  • The vehicle must not have any liens or encumbrances.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Vehicles that have been in an accident after delivery
  • Vehicles that have been modified or altered after delivery
  • Extended warranties or service contracts (these may be cancelable; please refer to the specific terms of these products)

4. Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Service team at (332) 695-5003 x234 or email hr@westernfordhcm to initiate the return process.
  • Schedule an appointment to bring the vehicle back to our dealership at 599 River Course, Fort Josie, Virginia, 23840.
  • Our team will inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.
  • Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds

If you choose a refund, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that any finance charges incurred from a third-party lender will be your responsibility.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your vehicle for another in our inventory, we will be happy to assist you in finding a more suitable option. The original return policy will apply to the new vehicle from the date of exchange.

7. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $250 will be applied to all returns to cover administrative costs and vehicle preparation.

8. Transportation Costs

If we delivered the vehicle to you outside our local area, you would be responsible for the cost of returning the vehicle to our dealership or for the cost of us picking it up.

9. Special Orders

Vehicles that were special ordered or customized specifically for you may not be eligible for return. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.

10. Lemon Law and Manufacturer's Warranty

This return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the state Lemon Law or the manufacturer's warranty.
